Terms of Use

1. What StakeSignal is

StakeSignal is an iOS app that collects investment moves that funds and finance creators have publicly disclosed, together with the original evidence, such as an SEC 13F filing, a fund holdings file, or a creator’s video or post with its timestamp. These Terms apply to the app, to stakesignal.app and to related services.

2. Not investment advice

StakeSignal shows publicly available information. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, it does not recommend that you buy, sell or hold anything, and nothing in it is a signal or an offer.

A disclosed move shows what someone said or filed, not what is right for you. Disclosures can be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check the original source and make your own decisions, or ask a licensed adviser. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Sources and accuracy

We collect information from third-party sources and, for some entries, from editors. We try to show it accurately and to link to the original, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. Verification levels (Official source, Editor verified, Creator verified, Auto-detected) describe how an entry was checked, not whether it is correct.

4. Your account

You can browse some content without an account. To follow instruments, creators or portfolios and to receive alerts, you sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your sign-in credentials safe. You can export your data and delete your account in the app at any time.

5. Free and StakeSignal Pro

The free plan shows every screen, with the first two rows of each list in full. StakeSignal Pro unlocks every row and gives you unlimited follows and alerts.

6. Auto-renewing subscription

StakeSignal Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Options: StakeSignal Pro Monthly, one month, US$4.99; StakeSignal Pro Yearly, one year, US$39.99. In other countries the App Store shows the price in your currency.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of that period.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple Account settings after purchase (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your StakeSignal account does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.

Links to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy are available in the app and on stakesignal.app. Unless these Terms say otherwise, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy or resell the content in bulk, interfere with the service, try to access it in ways we did not provide, or use it to break the law.

8. Our content and yours

The StakeSignal app, name and design belong to us. Disclosed facts and original sources belong to their owners, and we link to them. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own purposes.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses or other damage that results from using StakeSignal or relying on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and ending

We may change the service or these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email. You can stop using StakeSignal at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
