Delete my account or export my data
Both are in the app, at any time, on Free as well as on Pro. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address you used and we will help.
Manage or cancel Pro
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose StakeSignal Pro. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Restore a purchase
Open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account that bought it.
I do not get alerts
Check that notifications are allowed for StakeSignal in iOS Settings, that you are following the instrument, creator or portfolio, and that your plan includes alerts for it.
I found a wrong or missing disclosure
